1.Project overview
The Challenge:
Environmental regulators faced growing complexity in managing packaging data under the UK’s Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) initiative. Manual processes and disjointed tools hindered efficiency, making compliance oversight difficult.
Objective:
Design a streamlined platform that empowers regulators to review, verify, and act on packaging data submissions with ease, integrating seamlessly with Power BI to maintain accuracy.
My Role:
As a Senior UX Designer, I led user research, facilitated workshops, developed interactive prototypes, and ensured design alignment with both user needs and GDS standards. My work focused on delivering strategic solutions that enhanced both operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Impact: Reduced task completion times by 20%, achieved a 70% increase in user satisfaction during beta testing, and improved data integrity through enhanced usability.
